QuadJacks Daily Gambling News | Tuesday January 17 2012VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
Breezy run through the Daily News Update today, although that is not to lessen the importance of the news themselves. In fact, all of today's stories are bound by serious legal importance. First we have Ira Rubin, one of the eleven men indicted by the Justice Department on Black Friday, pleading guilty to three of the charges and entering into a plea agreement which will likely see him serve about two years in federal prison. Meanwhile, in New Jersey, Governor Chris Christie has just historically signed the long awaited sportsbetting bill. It'll be fireworks now that the state prepares to sue the federal government over PASPA. Finally, we are startled by the new injunction suit filed by various professional poker players, including Brad Booth, against Excapsa, the software company affiliated with UltimateBet.
