Ferguson is an associate professor of psychology and criminal justice at Texas AandM International University, and has focused on the study of the relationship between violent media and videogames and violent behavior. He has written on the subject in Time Magazine. Dr. Ferguson speaks to QuadJacks Poker Radio and excels in outlining the psychological principles governing a variety of behaviors, from violent behavior all the way to Internet trolling! He ably disproves the conviction held by some that violent media and videogames cause violent impulses in youth, and dissects its logical fallacies.
