That recording comes from an old cassette tape I've got. On the cover there's no other information than the following: "Arlecchinata (C. Chaplin), Luciano Sangiorgi, piano". Anyway I googled around and figured that the recording may date back to 1952/53 and it is likely to be a "libera trascrizione" (free transcription).
